Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your TAFT products, but if they aren't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and packing slip, which will be sent directly to your email address.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your unworn footwear in the original TAFT box, include the packing slip, and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the shipping carton.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
